There are 24 patients waiting on trolleys in University Hospital Kerry today.
That’s according to figures from the Irish Nurses’ and Midwives’ Organisation.
Nationally today, there are 646 people waiting for a bed.

University Hospital Limerick is the worst affected by overcrowding, 94 people are waiting for beds there today.
