There are 24 patients waiting on trolleys in University Hospital Kerry today.
That’s according to figures from the Irish Nurses’ and Midwives’ Organisation.
In UHK, 17 patients are on trolleys in the ED and a further seven people are on trolleys in wards.

Nationally, 415 people are waiting for a bed in hospitals today.
University Hospital Limerick is the worst affected by overcrowding, with 106 patients on trolleys there.
