There have been 24 patients on trolleys at University Hospital Kerry today.
That's according to the Irish Nurses' and Midwives' Organisation which says the total nationally is 395.
The union says the national figure represents the worst overcrowding since the pandemic began.

Fifty people have been on trolleys at Cork University Hospital today - the highest number in the country.
University Hospital Limerick has the second highest number at 42.
