23 white-tailed eagles are set to arrive into Kerry today as part of plans to reintroduce the birds to Ireland.
The National Parks and Wildlife Service says the birds are being flown into Kerry Airport, after being collected from nests in Norway.
The birds will spend 6 to 8 weeks in purpose built flight cages before being released at four sites across Munster in August.
