There are 22 patients waiting on trolleys at University Hospital Kerry today.
That’s according to figures from the Irish Nurses’ and Midwives’ Organisation.
There were 28 people on trolleys in UHK yesterday and 27 people were waiting for a bed there on Monday.

Nationally today 532 people are waiting on trolleys in hospitals across the country.
University Hospital Limerick is the worst affected by overcrowding, with 121 patients on trolleys.
