There are 21 patients waiting on trolleys in University Hospital Kerry’s emergency department.
That’s according to figures provided by the Irish Nurses' and Midwives’ Organisation.
Yesterday, the union says there were 25 people waiting for beds at UHK.

Nationally, there are 454 patients on trolleys today.
University Hospital Limerick is the worst affected with 86 awaiting beds followed by Cork University Hospital where there are 59 on trolleys.
