208 more people have tested positive for COVID-19 in the Republic.
There have been no further deaths.
Of the latest figures, more than half, 108, were recorded in Dublin.
There were 18 in Louth, 12 in Donegal, 10 in Meath, nine in Kildare, eight in Waterford, seven in Cork, and six each in Limerick and Wexford.
24 more were spread across 12 other counties - Carlow, Cavan, Clare, Galway, Kilkenny, Laois, Longford, Mayo, Roscommon, Tipperary, Westmeath and Wicklow.
The number of cases in Kerry has risen by one to 349.
Of the cases notified today:
- 98 are men / 110 are women
- 62% are under 45 years of age
- 33% are confirmed to be associated with outbreaks or are close contacts of a confirmed case
- 18 cases have been identified as community transmission
